Plans and limits

Every account and every organization has a plan: a level with a set of limits, such as how many spreadsheets, how many agent answers per day, and how much file storage. An organization’s limits work on two levels: a shared allowance for everyone, and a personal ceiling for each member. Your plan and usage open from the profile menu.

  1. Open the profile menu. If you work alone, choose Plans and limits (a settings section). If your space has members, choose Members and limits, then the Plan and consumption tab.
  2. At the top: Plan “…” and its term, either Valid until … or No expiry.
  3. Below are the usage bars: My usage or Limits and usage, then Workspace usage or Shared limits. Each bar shows a period (per day, per month or total), N of M, and when the counter renews, in your local time (for example, renews tomorrow at 02:00 if you are two hours east of Moscow). On a narrow screen, N of M moves to a new line as a whole, and the period label does not break. From the warning threshold set in the plan catalogue (currently 85%), the bar is highlighted in colour and Remaining … appears.
  4. Levels shows all plans on sale and their first five limits. Yours is marked Current plan.
  5. Change plan, Renew and Cancel are not active in the settings for now: there is no payment in the product, and the level is changed by the administrator. Write to us.
  6. The owner of an organization sees Plan levels on the Plan and consumption tab. Above your level is Request upgrade: the plan does not change, and the message Upgrades are handled by our team for now — contact us and we’ll raise your plan. appears. Below your level is Go, which opens the window What will change (the limits “before → after”), with the confirmation Go to “…”. A level below without a price is marked Price not set and cannot be chosen. For a custom plan, the button is Request a quote. Everyone else sees The plan is changed by the owner, with the owner’s name.
  7. The owner and administrators see Who spent how much: today’s agent runs by person. On the Members tab, the Personal ceiling column shows as per plan, N per day or no ceiling. After you select people, you can click Remove the ceiling. The platform administrator can set a number; they also change any limit of a person’s personal space in Edit user.
  • There is no payment in the product yet. Only the platform administrator upgrades a plan and changes the number of seats. The owner of an organization can only lower its plan. An upgrade takes effect at once and does not reset the usage. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid term, or at once if there is no term. Once a downgrade has taken effect, only the administrator can restore the previous level.
  • The names of levels and limits are shown in the interface language (English, 中文 or Русский). Without a translation, Chinese shows the English text, and English shows the Russian text.
  • The platform administrator and the spaces they own have no plan limits: the bars show no limit.
  • Daily counters reset at midnight Moscow time; monthly counters reset on the 1st at midnight Moscow time. The total limits (seats, spreadsheets, file storage) are not reset.
  • An action goes through only if both the personal ceiling and the organization’s shared allowance are enough. If either one refuses, nothing is charged.
  • If there is a failure on our side or in an external service, the usage is returned. A failed upload, an agent answer that failed because of the model service, a check to which the register did not respond, an unsuccessful visit to the Made-in-China site, and an import into a spreadsheet that did not change it do not use up the limit. An answer stopped by a limit stays in the count.
  • Supplier searches use up only visits to the Made-in-China site: a search in your own base is free. A company card from the Chinese register counts as one Counterparty check; a search in that register does not.
  • File storage is the sum of the sizes of chat attachments and spreadsheet pictures. It is checked against the actual figure every 6 hours.
  • Automatic version-history snapshots older than the plan’s term are deleted. Versions that were given a name remain.
  • Frequent repeats are limited: sign-in allows 20 attempts per minute from one IP address, and after 5 wrong passwords sign-in is locked for 1, 2, 4 and 8 minutes, then 15 minutes; sign-up allows 5 per hour; uploads to a chat allow 60 per minute; invitations allow 30 per hour.

Starting plan numbers. The platform administrator changes them without a release; the current ones are visible under Levels. “Person / organization”: “—” for an organization means there is no shared allowance, and only the personal ceiling applies.
