Interface languages: English, 中文, Русский

What it is

DUOSHAO speaks three languages: English (the main one), Chinese and Russian. The language changes all the labels of the product, emails, notifications and reports, the names of new spreadsheets, and the look of numbers and dates in cells. The duoshao.org website is also available in three languages.

How to use it

1. Before signing in. On the sign-in and sign-up pages, below the card, there is the switch English · 中文 · Русский. A click translates the page at once. The choice is remembered on this device, and the language tag from the site (?lang=…) is removed from the address.
2. If you have not chosen anything, the language is picked automatically, in this order: the language you came to the site with → the language you already chose on this device → the browser language → English.
3. After signing in. Profile menu → Settings → Appearance → Language: English, 中文 or Русский. It changes at once and is saved to your account on all your devices. Language names are always written in their own languages, so you can recognize your own even if you cannot read the current one.
4. At the first sign-in the product remembers the language in which you saw the sign-in or sign-up page: emails are sent in it, and new spreadsheets are named in it.
5. Reset to default appearance returns the look, and does not change the language.
6. Website. duoshao.org is the English page, duoshao.org/zh/ is the Chinese one, and duoshao.org/ru/ is the Russian one. The switch EN · 中文 · RU is in the header and at the bottom of the page. If the browser is set to Chinese or Russian, the home page opens your language by itself, until you choose a language with the switch. The Sign in and Start buttons and the product links at the bottom of the page open the product in the language of the site.

Limits

• The interface screenshots on the site show the Russian interface on all three pages.
• The terms of use and the privacy policy are not translated.
• Numbers and dates in cells: in English and Chinese a dot is used in decimals (“3.5”); in Russian a comma (“3,5”). In Chinese, months and weekdays are shown in Chinese (“一月”, “星期一”), and logical values are “TRUE”/“FALSE”, as in Chinese Excel and WPS. This changes only the look: values, exports and the clipboard do not change.
• Those who used DUOSHAO before 6 October 2026 kept Russian as their language. You can change it in Language.
