Deal score and PDF statement (DUOSHAO CHECK)

What it is

When the agent assesses something specific (a deal, a supplier, a product and its documents, a contract, payment terms, an invoice), it places a DUOSHAO CHECK card above the answer text. The card has a final score out of 10, the risk level, scores by area, remarks and a list of what to do next. You can download the card as a PDF to send to a colleague or to attach to an approval.

How to use it

1. Ask the agent to assess something: for example, “assess the deal”, attach a contract or an invoice, or name the supplier. The card appears only when there is enough material for a judgment. For reference questions, and when working with spreadsheets, there is no card.
2. While the agent prepares the card, a shimmering frame with the text Assessing the deal risk… is shown in its place.
3. The card header shows DUOSHAO CHECK, the subject of the assessment (Deal, Supplier, Product, Contract, Payment, Document or Check), and what the assessment is based on. Below are what exactly was assessed, a ring with the score “N / 10”, and the level: Low risk, Moderate risk, High risk or Critical risk.
4. Scores by area are shown as bars with a number. The explanation of an area pops up when you point at it (after a short delay), or when you move to the row with the Tab key (at once). A screen reader reads it together with the row.
5. Critical remarks are visible at once. Significant and minor remarks are hidden in a collapsed row such as 2 significant · 1 minor, which you can expand.
6. The heading of the action list depends on the subject: What to do before payment (deal), What to do before ordering (supplier), What to check before purchasing (product), What to fix before signing (contract), What to check before paying (payment), What to do next (document and other subjects). Click a row marked In the input field, and its text appears in the input field. You send it yourself.
7. When the answer is ready, the Download PDF button appears in the card header. While the file is being prepared, the button says Preparing PDF…. Then the browser saves the file “DUOSHAO CHECK — — .pdf”.
8. The PDF has everything that is on the card, plus explanations of the areas as text, the check date, the chat name, page numbers and the check ID. If there are no remarks, the statement says so.

Limits

• The assessment is the agent’s opinion based on the materials provided, not an expert conclusion. This caveat is shown under the card and in every statement.
• An answer can have only one card. If the agent rebuilds the assessment within the same answer, the new card replaces the old one.
• The score is from 0 to 10 with one decimal place; 10 means “almost no risk”. The level depends only on the number: from 7.5 is low, from 5.5 is moderate, from 3.5 is high, and below that is critical. The same thresholds set the colour of the area bars.
• The card has from 1 to 7 areas, no more than 30 remarks and no more than 12 actions. Length limits: the subject of the assessment, 120 characters; the basis of the assessment, 300; the area label, 40; the area explanation, 160; a remark, 200; an action, 160.
• The PDF can be downloaded only for a finished answer. An answer that is still being written, has been stopped or did not complete has no download button. While the agent is answering, the action rows cannot be clicked.
• Anyone who can see the chat can download the PDF. The language of the statement matches the interface language (Russian or English), and dates are printed in the time zone of your device.
• The statement is an A4 sheet in light colours, regardless of the interface theme. Its contents come from the saved card and are the same on every download; only the date of generation changes.
• No more than 30 statements per minute can be downloaded from one IP address.
