Company checks (Russia and China)
What it is
Section titled “What it is”In a chat you can ask the agent to check a company. For Russian companies and sole proprietors it searches the EGRUL and EGRIP registers (the registers of the Federal Tax Service of Russia). For Chinese companies it searches the QCC register (企查查). The information comes from the register, and a link to the source is shown under the answer.
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”- Write in the chat which company to check. Find a Russian company or sole proprietor by ИНН, ОГРН, ОГРНИП or by name. Find a Chinese company by name (Chinese finds more precisely than English) or by its 18-digit USCC code.
- While the agent works, the steps are shown under Steps: Searching EGRUL: …, Searching the QCC register: …, Requesting the QCC card: …. A completed step is marked “✓”, a failed one “×”.
- If several companies match the request, the agent shows the options and asks which one you need: up to 5 options for Russia, up to 8 for China.
- For a Russian company, the agent reports: the full name; whether it is a legal entity or a sole proprietor; whether it is a head organization or a branch; ИНН, КПП and ОГРН; the status (active, in liquidation, liquidated, bankruptcy, reorganization); the registration and termination dates; the head and their position; the address; the main ОКВЭД code; and the date the data is current as of.
- For a Chinese company, the search reports the name in Chinese and in English, the company code in QCC, the registration number or USCC, and the region. The company card shows the legal and English names, other names, the registration number or USCC, the LEI code, the status and the date it changed, the registration date, the form, the address and the jurisdiction.
- Under the answer, expand the Sources · N block. It contains links to the EGRUL and EGRIP registers of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and to QCC.
- If you need a risk assessment, the agent shows the DUOSHAO CHECK card. See Deal score.
The platform administrator connects the registers in Settings → Agent → Data services, in the cards DaData - Russian company register (legal entities and sole proprietors) and QCC (企查查) - Chinese company registry. DaData needs an API key. QCC needs an API key and a Secret key. The buttons are Save, Check connection and Delete key.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Checks are counted by plan. The limit is called Counterparty checks and is renewed every month. Starting values: Starter — 3 per person; Solo — 30; Team — 60 per person and 150 per organization; Business — 200 and 600; Enterprise — unlimited. The platform administrator can change them.
- One check is charged for each answer of the Russian register, even if nothing was found. If the register did not respond or refused, the check goes back to the counter.
- A search in the Chinese register does not use up the limit. A Chinese company card costs one check (and QCC account credits). If QCC did not return a card, the check is returned.
- For China the agent searches mainland China. For another region, for example Hong Kong, the agent states the region itself.
- The Russian register is waited for no longer than 12 seconds, the Chinese one no longer than 20 seconds.
- Keys are set only by the platform administrator. Their key applies to all spaces that have no key of their own.
- The check has no other registers: the agent reports only the data listed above.
